A reflective thought!

As with most parents, I spend far too much time staring at my children and becoming overwhelmed at how much love I feel for them. While talking about this the other day I asked Roxanne a simple question;

"Do you think they will ever know how much we love them?"

The answer leads to the link between parents and children over the ages. Of course they won't.

they can never know how much we love them and why we will do all the crazy things to them over the years that we will do. And someday far in the future, they will look at their own children and wonder the same thing.

And the answer will still be no. That is the beautiful thing that keeps it all going.

This is the only reason that parents let their children live beyond their teen years (oh what the hell beyond the age of 1)
as you will find out over and over and over again
