Yet another Milestone

Well, we have graduated from feeding them in their carseats or draped over a pillow to high chairs. They seem to like the feel of things. And it gives us a little more flexibility. And the way is being paved to solid food!





 

"Now that i am sitting up, and my plan is proceeding, i can continue to work toward my final goal of Baby World domination!"

4 month birthday

This picture needs a bit of explanation. For their 4 month birthday, we wanted to go to a park and get some cute shots. In their Bumbos, in the cute outfits that they got from the Lopez Family (thanks Kim, Leo, Elias, Jacob and Victoria)

But God was not cooperating... I am talking the wind, the Rain, the clouds... it was biblical out there. so we thought... "the mall! They will have some places we can sit the kids down for a few minutes"

Boy was that a dumb idea! The only place we found was the family area. There were just a few screaming kids there. So we decide to try to organize a photo shoot in the middle of it. Me trying to get shots, Roxanne trying to get the kids to look at us, and at the same time herding all the other babies who want to touch the little babies. All the while answering the obligatory "yes, they are twins, no they are not identical" questions.

It was fun, but we got a few cute pictures.

I don't have the skills for this!

Sometimes you have both in your arms and they go off and all you can do is hope the emotioanl scars are not too deep...

Come to think of it... i am really going to regret this in a few years!

Although it is darn cute. And at least right now i do not have to worry about clearance through doorways!

Most things we buy one of so that we have a variety of options available to us... this one we had to buy two of! 

Cool new baby tool!

We got a new thing today... the BUMBO!
It is an awesome thing. 4 month olds can sit up! Christopher has some moderate Plagiocephaly (flattening of the head) and this chair allows him to be off it and practice sitting up. It is pretty cool.
We had to try Anastasia in it to make sure her chubby little thighs would fit. (hers will be lilac... pink is not available) 

Nap Time

When it's nap time around here... it's nap time. Sometimes i wonder who needs it most. But i am sure that everyone benefits from it. 

Awwww...

It is like she is saying "Daddy, i love my Harrods Teddy!" 

How cute

There are outfits that their Great-Nana made for them. She knitted them by hand.

I have a feeling that this might be one of those pictures that they beg us not to show friends in their future!

It is important to point out that their Daddy is the one who dressed Christopher, hence the backwards hat.
