A little late but "HAPPY CANADIAN THANKSGIVING!"

Real men eat turkey!
(and gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie...)

A facial expression that keeps repeating itself!

For some unknown reason, we keep seeing this expression on Christopher... I wonder what he is saying? Posted by Picasa

Family shots

We are really looking forward to the day when we can tell them to look at something... and they do it. I wonder when that happens?

Of course they cooperate when sitting with mommy! Posted by Picasa

One at a time...

Even one at a time, it is almost no use!

Babies First pumpkin patch.

We went to a neat place down in hollister so that we could show the babies a pumpkin patch. As should be expected at this point in time, getting them to look at us with all the cool stuff around was an exercise in futility.

But we did manage to get some great looks!
And as far as we know... nobody ate any hay! Posted by Picasa

Hi there everybody, we are gonna see some pumpkins!

We went to a place south of here for the babies first visit to a pumpkin patch. and as usual, we got some great shots. It seems that whenever we pull out the camera now, they start smilin' and grinnin' at it. You would almost think that they know what it is!

Christophers first OFFICIAL Haircut

As the first birthday is approaching, we wanted Christopher to look a little better than that "daddy cut" he got a few months ago. So since Auntie Rachel and Auntie Becky were in town for the weekend, we went to a local place that specializes in kids cuts.
Christopher behaved himself and was a very good little boy.
he even seemd to enjoy the sweet ride.
He liked his little certificate of his first haircut... Or he was a little hungry. not sure which. Posted by Picasa

Standing all on her own.

With no external help, she crawled over
hiked herself up
Informed the papparazzi to stop taking her picture,
And enjoyed watching the TV from her new vantage point! Posted by Picasa

More great sleeping shots

Where does she get these sleeping positions from? Posted by Picasa

how much will he pay when he is 16 for these pictures to NEVER be seen???

If you look carefully, you can see a logo on the bath seat he is in. When he was inserted into said seat, said logo was in front, and he was nicely lined up with it. and he was in a sitting position.

HOW THE ^*%!@ did he get into that position and what the %*&$# is he smiling at?

He sure looks cute though! Posted by Picasa

The Pirate crawl!

In order to do the pirate crawl, you sort of crawl normally, but you swing your leg to the side as if you had a baby pegleg.
Arrrrr! Posted by Picasa

Such sleeping talent!

Exhibit A. in case you cannot tell from the angle, she was sitting up, but then flopped forward and has fallen asleep leaning on her head!
Exhibit B. Just laying there with his mouth open while asleep. it does a dad proud. Posted by Picasa

Take my picture Daddy!

Guess who wants to be the center of attention? Posted by Picasa

Where is he going?

So Christopher is getting good at crawling/skooching backwards. Unfortunately he runs out of road sometimes and gets a little stressed out about it. As good parents we feel it is important to document this BEFORE rescuing him. Posted by Picasa

Just some catching up pics

I must apologize, what with our computer being broken for the last few weeks, we have not found it easy to post. so as a result, we have fallen way behind. Here are a few cute pics we have taken showing a little of their developing personalities.
As you can see, they are starting to like the swings. Christopher really digs it. Anastasia like being able to look all over the place.

Now the bath... this is either a fun experience for mama with lots of laughing from babies... or an experience where you would think that she is washing them with battery acid. It all seems to be highly dependant on the amount of sleep they have had that day. Posted by Picasa
